Update to My Diet Plan

I have decided to incorporate a few more things to my weight/Health plan.



1) Green Tea (2 a day 500 mg )

2) Colon Cleanse (8 a day) 12 capsules is suggested, but I will take 8 the other supplements will produce system movement as well.

3) Chia (2 Capsules a day)

4) Acai Berry (2 a day1200mg Full Strength Capsules)

5) at least 32 oz of water

6 ) Walk up and down 80 steps at least 4 times a day while I am at work.

I have been reading a lot about the Acai Berry. I have seen others blogs that say how the plan has worked for them. Something makes me feel like they all must work for the company or something; because none of them ever talked about the re-occurring fee of almost $90.00 a month.
